Analysis of the Results of the Data Needs Survey for the Regency of the Siau Tagulandang Biaro Islands 2021

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is committed toprovide quality statistical data for all parties.Therefore, a Data Needs Survey (SKD) was conducted toidentify the level of user needs and satisfactiondata. SKD 2021 is implemented by all service unitsIntegrated Statistics Central BPS, Provincial BPS, and BPSRegency/City. The results of the 2021 SKD were analyzed usingseveral analytical methods, namely cross tabulation analysis,gaps, and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). ProcessingSKD 2021 data is carried out to obtain information aboutdata needs, Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), and indicatorsKey Performance (KPI).
